Bond Perfector What it does: Not a conditioning treatment nor is it an activator or neutralizer. It uses the same active ingredient found in the Bond Multiplier 1, however developed as a cream form for ease of application and use in the Olaplex System.
How To Use
After rinsing haircolor, apply for a minimum of 5 minutes then rinse, shampoo, and condition. You can even leave it in the hair to use as a cutting lotion.
